Frequently Asked Questions
How do I import my conversations?
Android: Grant SMS permission when prompted. AIRTA reads your SMS/RCS messages directly from your device. Your messages are never stored on our servers — they are processed in real time and discarded immediately.
iOS: Since iOS doesn't allow direct SMS access, you can take screenshots of your text conversations and import them from your photo library. AIRTA uses on-device OCR (Google ML Kit) to extract the text from your screenshots.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your conversations are never stored on our servers. They are transmitted over encrypted connections to our AI provider for analysis and discarded immediately after your report is generated. Reports are stored locally on your device only. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do subscriptions work?
AIRTA offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional metrics, deeper analysis, and other features. Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. You can cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by AIRTA. To cancel:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → AIRTA → Cancel Subscription
- Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → AIRTA → Cancel
The app crashed or isn't working. What should I do?
Please email support@airta.net with a description of what happened, your device model, and your iOS/Android version. We'll investigate and get back to you as soon as possible.
Refund Requests
