AIRTA Corp ("we," "us," or "our") operates the AIRTA – AI Relationship Analyzer mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
1. Information We Collect
Conversation Data: You choose the conversation content to analyze by selecting screenshots or files, sharing selected content to the App, or pasting copied message text. AIRTA does not request blanket access to your SMS inbox. Selected images are processed using OCR to extract text. The conversation text is transmitted over an encrypted connection to the configured AI analysis service only to generate the report you request; AIRTA does not intentionally store the conversation text in its referral database.
In-App Purchase Data: Transactions are handled entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment information.
Usage Data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics (e.g., crash reports) through Firebase to improve app performance. This data cannot be used to identify you.
API Key (Optional): If you provide your own DeepSeek API key, it is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage and is never transmitted to our servers.
Referral Program Data (Optional): If you use the referral program, the App creates a random referral code and a random installation identifier. When a referred user enters the code and completes a first report, our Firebase backend stores hashed installation and report-event identifiers, the referral code, the redemption timestamp, and aggregate referral counts. Selected contact names and phone numbers remain on the device and are not uploaded for referral attribution.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To perform AI-powered relationship analysis at your explicit request
- To deliver your report within the App
- To process in-app purchases and manage your subscription tier
- To improve app stability and performance via anonymous analytics
- To validate referral codes, prevent duplicate or self-referrals, and provide referral rewards
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with:
- Configured AI processing providers — such as Google Gemini or DeepSeek, for generating the analysis you request over encrypted connections.
- Google Firebase — for crash reporting, remote configuration, and the optional referral program.
- Apple / Google — for payment processing via their respective in-app purchase systems.
4. Data Retention
- Conversation data: Never stored. Processed in real time and discarded.
- Reports: Stored locally on your device only. We have no access to your generated reports.
- Preferences and subscription status: Stored locally on your device.
- Referral records: Random codes, hashed installation/report-event identifiers, redemption timestamps, and aggregate counts are retained while the referral program is active and as needed to prevent duplicate rewards. You may request deletion by emailing privacy@airta.net.

6. Children's Privacy
AIRTA is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted API communication (HTTPS/TLS). Since conversation data is never stored on our servers, the risk of a data breach affecting your personal conversations is minimized.
8. YouTube API Services
AIRTA Corp uses the YouTube Data API Services internally to publish promotional videos about the AIRTA app to our official YouTube channel. This API access is used exclusively by AIRTA Corp staff and internal tooling — it is not part of the AIRTA mobile app and end users of the app do not interact with YouTube API Services in any way.
Our use of YouTube API Services is limited to:
- Uploading our own original promotional videos to our own YouTube channel
- Displaying those videos on our website (airta.net) via YouTube embeds
We do not use YouTube API Services to access, store, or process any end user's YouTube account data, viewing history, or personal information.
Google Privacy Policy: Our use of YouTube API Services is governed by Google's Privacy Policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Revoking YouTube API Access: YouTube API access is held solely by AIRTA Corp internal accounts. If you believe AIRTA has accessed your YouTube account in error, you may revoke access at any time by visiting your Google Security Settings and removing AIRTA from the list of connected applications.
Data Deletion: AIRTA Corp does not store any data obtained through YouTube API Services on our servers. To request deletion of any data associated with our service, please contact us at privacy@airta.net.
