Try AIRTA before sharing your own conversation
You can get a feel for AIRTA's approach using an invented conversation. Start with the sample below, explore a report, and decide whether the examples and explanations are useful to you.

1. Load a conversation you know is fictional
Download the small text file above. In the web preview's Load Conversation panel, choose that file. You do not need to use your own messages for this exercise.
Alex: Can we talk tomorrow about how to share the chores?
Sam: Yes. After work would be good for me.
Alex: I felt overwhelmed doing the dishes all week.
Sam: Thanks for telling me. I can take the dishes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Alex: That would help. Can we check in next weekend?
Sam: Absolutely. Let us see whether the plan works for both of us.
2. Choose metrics and run the preview
The web preview lets you choose how many communication metrics to select at random. Leave the initial selection in place for a first look, then press Analyze Conversation. Wait for the report to appear before running another analysis.
A different selection of metrics can lead to a different report. That is a reason to read the explanation, rather than treating a single score as a final answer.
3. Check what the report is actually based on
This exchange contains a concern, a practical offer, and a plan to check in again. Use it to ask three questions about the report:
- Are the quoted examples in the sample? Compare them with the actual lines above.
- Does the explanation preserve the context? Raising a concern is not, by itself, evidence of manipulation or abuse.
- Did the AI infer something the messages do not establish? Treat an unsupported finding as a possible error, not proof about either speaker.
Keep your judgment in the loop. AIRTA uses AI, which can miss context and make mistakes. Its reports are for information and entertainment; they are not diagnoses, professional advice, or proof about another person. If you later try your own material, use only content you have permission to share and leave out unrelated private details.
